2019 Mushers Banquet Menu

Please note: all attendees will be served the below menu with exception for those who check "vegetarian" on their registration's meal options. The vegetarian meal option will be chef's choice.

First Course

Tossed green salad with champagne vinaigrette topped with tomato, english cucumber, carrots and radish

 Main Course

Rib eye steak with wild woodland mushroom demi glaze, served with roasted rosemary potatoes, dinner rolls and fresh medley of vegetables

 Dessert Course

Tuxedo truffle mousse cake or strawberry shortcake (alternating seats)
